Their quote was really high because I got two other quotes and they were half of that; there was a big difference.

Tom Rumsey Inc were professional and they came out immediately. They were enthusiastic about the project and they had low cost which I thought was very reasonable. They were very professional.

We only went through the estimate level. It was an overall good experience. We would call on him again.

I set up an appointment and he never showed up.

We decided not to go with them. They came the same day to do the estimate. I tried to work with them through email and they didn't seem to work very well with email. I emailed some questions regarding the estimate which were never answered, yet another email from them asking about our decision. We also, were not sure of how we wanted the basement designed. Mostly because, we didn't know what options we could do. He did not seem to be helpful in ideas for designs. I would say, if you know exactly what you want and how you want it, then he will do a great job. We might get another quote from them on other future projects because of how quickly he came out for an estimate.

They were good. They were very professional. We are looking to put in a dish in one of our house. He works in my area and I also found him on Angie's list so I decided to get a quote from him. He was willing to drive to my area. When I called and spoke to him he told me that if I were to hire him he would come personally to do the work and send anybody else. He said he will not be using any subcontractors. I would rate him high overall.

It went well. I would be happy to provide a recommendation for them. They are fairly priced, professional, and responsive.
