Extremely professional, warm, genuine, knowledgeable. Tom never pushed and made recommendations that we, as prior buyers/sellers of 10 homes, knew were solid. Once we recognized that there were houses in our sub division that were larger, newer, and fresher for the same sale price, we adjusted the listing price and Tom sold the house in two days. His associate, Cindy Schwartz, handled the closing soup to nuts and there were no snags whatsoever in the closing.
