The Mop Ladies

We have a large house, including the finished basement. There is not much work to do down there. Initially there were always two girls that came. I know we have been using them longer than a year. They have just gotten to the point where they have had three girls. There is always one head person. They are always hiring new people. For a while we would have the same two or three. They were very professional. They came in, brought their own stuff and got their stuff out. They just got to work and within two or three hours had this entire house cleaned. They are nice to our dog. On two occasions there was someone who broke something and lied about it. I have been tolerant of them and have tipped them and given them gifts for Christmas. They usually come on the first Monday unless it is a holiday. They do generally a good job. I decided not to use them anymore. They are never on time; they are either early or late. There are some really good girls. They could have been more consistent with being on time. I would have liked a phone call. The girls are all bonded and insured.
