The post-purchase experience was both bad and good. The delivery men arrived promptly as scheduled, but it was raining. They carried the mattress through the rain on to my back porch, where they knocked over part of a wall. They didn't bother to wipe their feet when they entered the house, dragging mud and water through the house. They bent the mattress the wrong way, causing damage to the mattress. They took the rain-soaked plastic wrapping all the way into the bedroom, put the old mattress in it and dragged the wet package back through the house. The damage to the mattress caused a permanent hump in the middle, which the delivery man said was normal and would go away. I call the salesman, who assured me that it should not have a hump, he gave me the number to call to arrange a swap. The Bon-Ton service line was very helpful in arranging a swap the following Saturday. The second delivery went very well. They didn't damage a wall, they wiped their feet and there was no hump in the bad. We are satisfied with what we got, but not the way we had to get it.
