My co-ceo and I were pulling parts for one of our work vehicles (88 Chevy 2500). He was kind enough to help us for a few hours pulling more items that afternoon (interior swap, lift gate, tailgate. . iOn may 4, I had him help me with a job, ([Member Name Removed] blacklisted. 23 person hours, customer tried to pay me $500, I took $400. [Link Removed] [Member Name Removed] received $250 (ten hours). Over the next few weeks, until a few days ago, I was in full start up (20k inject into SYX) with 30+ hour days to evaluate and trouble shoot post-covid. For Construction 5k in Lowes/Home Depot stuff. Paid/Traded [Member Name Removed] for future work trucks & time as well as design a business card & logo+paid company phone. As of yesterday, filing police report / civil for return of investment capital ,~$1000 or return of tools&SYX CONXULTING property. Due to his dissalution of SYX /MXM Partnership."

He took 2000.0 from us he made us pay upfront. He put 4 hrs in helper put 12hr. This was a scam he showed us previous job blamed home owners. Kept saying be at our place next day.2 months didn't do anything.
