+ -1 moreNever completed repair. Replaced part with original defective part causing further damage to control unit that required replacement of the washer at a cost that exceeded $1000. The vendor is dishonest and incompetent. Pursuing legal action.
Description of Work: Clothes Washer Repair for Fishel Paykel. Initial diagnosis revealed defective drain/pump at a cost of $290.
