+ -1 moreWe have been using Tom and his team for several weeks now. We have been delighted with their quality work and attention to detail. Some areas, that have been, shall we say, neglected over the years, don't get totally done in one visit, but have been improving with each visit (our master bath shower, for example, which has been looking fairly awful the last few years, maybe doesn't need to be replaced after all -- who knew it would look so nice with some work?). My wife loves coming home to a clean house every two weeks! Only ding is that they sometimes take a day or two to get back to us by email when we have a question, but it's never impacted anything. and not enough of a deal to drop their grade at all. We definitely recommend them.
Description of Work: We have Spectrum Home Services coming in on a biweekly basis. When Tom scoped out our home, he noticed that some rooms get heavy traffic and others don't, so he suggested a two-tier plan where they hit most rooms every two weeks, and all the rooms once a quarter (for a proportional increase). Tom used a worksheet to figure out what needed to be done and what it would cost, and showed me how he came up with the numbers. Other services we approached were very nice, but they threw out proposed costs based on gut feelings rather than hard estimates. Maybe it's my engineering background, but I like the "show your work" approach.
