We have been using Tom and his team for several weeks now. We have been delighted with their quality work and attention to detail. Some areas, that have been, shall we say, neglected over the years, don't get totally done in one visit, but have been improving with each visit (our master bath shower, for example, which has been looking fairly awful the last few years, maybe doesn't need to be replaced after all -- who knew it would look so nice with some work?). My wife loves coming home to a clean house every two weeks! Only ding is that they sometimes take a day or two to get back to us by email when we have a question, but it's never impacted anything. and not enough of a deal to drop their grade at all. We definitely recommend them.
