Brandon provided the estimate. He was very professional, knowledgable, and friendly. We showed him what we were planning and we discussed options. He took time to walk around and was able to write the estimate on the spot. He reviewed his estimate with us, told us about timing to get the job started should we decide to move forward, and left his card for us to call with questions. The work started about the time he estimated. The crew did the work we expected and they cleaned up the three work areas. The stump grinding on the maple was about 10 to 14 days later, and I called to find out the timing, but the grinding was completed and the ground was level when the crew left. We would call on them again without hesitation.

This was the fourth time that I hired Specialty Tree Service to perform the work. Again, they exceeded my expectations. I give them the highest recommendation. Great company, dedicated to customer satisfaction, professional and down to earth. They really listened to what I wanted the outcome to be and then delivered it. Great cleanup. I had excellent results on all four jobs they did for me.

Occurred on a Sunday, called Monday Morning, estimated on Monday, Removed the tree the following day to prevent further damage. As agreed, came back in a timely manner to remove the stump. Very professional crew who checked with me to make sure I was 100% satisfied.

From the moment Brandon Ritz (part owner of a family business) came to the house, he was honest and very open to ideas to save money. To that end, he offered ideas to save money and reduce the amount of work at the site. If you need to save money, don't be afraid to ask for their best price, but also be open to their needs. We agreed that our job could be done on days when the crew had time "here and there" and that it may take a few months to get completely finished. That's the kind of thing you must agree to if you ask the contractor for a bottom-line estimate. In the end, though, the work was completed in one entire week of hard work.
The worksite was complicated in both terrain and access. Brandon reached out to all of the affected neighbors before the work started and explained what the crew needed to do and to obtain their permission. The entire project took an entire week and the crew put in full days each and every day (even in the rain). They were professional and you could see the teamwork within the group. All of the crew members treated the property and neighbors with the highest respect. When the job was done, all I had to do was spread grass seed because they went above and beyond with the site cleanup (even though that was not really included in the job quote). I did request that the stump crew return for a few issues that remained, and they did without question and completed the requested corrections beyond my expectations.
Of all of the contractors I have dealt with over many years, this is the kind of contractor that should wear angel wings. I cannot say enough good things in this review. Please do not hesitate to call and support this family owned local business.

The cost was very reasonable, and they did a pretty good job. There was one limb that was missed, but they're sending a crew back to remedy the issue, so I have no complaints.

The service was excellent and wonderful. They are very busy. Four people came out and it took about three hours. I would tell a friend or family member that they are very professional. They cleaned up their mess and made some wood chips for me.

They did a great job. The trees looked great and the property was cleared of all debris. Everything was left clean and neat. I couldnt even tell they were there. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I liked that they were punctual. They showed up when they said they'll show up. I liked that they did what they said they're gonna do. They were probably average for price.

I had them out once before for an estimate and I called and they came out the very next day. They were prompt and very good. I'm very satisfied with the work that they did. I'm getting ready to call them tomorrow.

We'll be using him again in the next few week. He did trim a monster tree for me and he did plant 4 trees. The service was excellent. He's very good, price was excellent, and good clean up.
