Totally over charged on a quote when I had another electrician come and do they work for cheap and the right way. All the outlets that were checked when Shaun came out to check and give me a quote stopped working and almost lost everything in the fridge and freezer. If I was to let him do the work my house would have caught fire because there was a conjunction box in the ceiling that was getting to much power and melting and sparking. He never checked any of the boxes around the house. Sad what people do for money.

You told me the previous contractor came out and charged you.Double of the price that I quoted you to run new wires for these three circuits. Our plan was to disconnect those old wires from your panel box, so that your home would not catch fire and that we were prepared to run 3 new dedicated Virgin circuits to safely feed your home. You were happy with the price. I had been given 4 different dates for appointments with these clowns, and they never showed up or called. Don't waste your time, They're a total joke!

The work went very well. I was extremely pleased with his responsiveness. I requested quotes on Monday, Shaun called me back within 10 minutes, came out on Tuesday to discuss work, provided quote later on Tuesday. Work commenced Friday, and was completed on Saturday. Area was organized and left cleaner than when he arrived.

Fantastic! We got multiple quotes and Shaun's was so much more complete than the competitors. He identified other ways that we could update our basic infrastructure and add safety elements beyond just what we requested from him. He and his assistant were very professional, prompt, and accomplished everything we were looking for. We have already recommended him to our friends and would definitely use his services again!

I'm not sure what just happened. Shaun just called to get the details of my problem. He said they offer a dianostic service for $69 per hour To determine the problem, this seldom takes more then 1 hour. So far so good. I then asked what his rate was per hour when we then ask him to do repairs. Either I could not get him to understand that question or I kept phrasing it in an unclear way. He kept saying he could not answer until he found the problem. I realize he would have no way to know in advance what the full repair cost would be. But I could not understand why he could not give me a per hour repair rate. After a couple of back and forth a trying to drill into this it appears he hung up.

Excellent. Electrical work in a 120 year old house in not easy at best, its a real challenge that includes working in the old attic and basement. The fans are beautiful and both working as promised. They cleaned up after the job and worked steady the whole time they were here. Could not be more pleased and will use them again whenever I need electrical work done. Thanks!
