They were absolutely fabulous in every way. They are always fabulous. I think the price was fair. I didn’t have the time to go and check around, but I was happy with the price. I would use them again in the future.

Sears collected money and fixed nothing and is going out of its way to cause me maximum inconvenience and distress. Its employees are trained to act as uncooperative robots.

The experience overall was excellent. Actually what had happened was I ended up blowing a tire & had the car towed to Sears & they were able to take care of me immediately. They balanced them & everything. They gave me the option to fix the one or replace them all & I decided to go ahead & replace them all. The staff were very knowledgeable about the tires they had & helping me decide which type I needed. It was very convenient as well since it was right there at the mall. I went shopping & came back 2 hours later & my car was ready. I would use them again in the future.
