BUILDER OFFERED 'STANDARD' MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP EQUAL TO OTHERS 'UPGRADES' FOR SIGNIFICANTLY LESS PRICE THAT WHAT UPGRADES WOULD HAVE COST FROM OTHER BUILDERS. RESPONDED QUICKLY TO ISSUES DURING CONSTRUCTION AND COMPLETED ON TIME. RESOLVED OTHER ISSUES WELL AFTER 'MOVE-IN' INCLUDING MID-WINTER EXTERIOR WORK NEEDED. IT'S A SHAME THEY DON'T BUILD IN BERKS COUNTY ANY MORE.
