"I think perhaps you may have us mixed up with someone else you called. We never spoke with you or had an appointment scheduled in the Wrightsville area. In addition you never would have recieved a voicemail from us indicating we were in a business meeting as we have no such voice mail activated. All calls are responded back by only myself. Again I think you may have been mistaken. I dont recall every speaking to you or getting a message from you regarding your project. We are a small company and pride ourselves on provding personal service."
I was very pleased with the outcome of services. I liked the fact it was not an hourly bill but a flat fee and they worked on Saturday and Sundays along with 10 hour days so we were not without the full use of our home for a long time which was a factor in deciding on this contractor.
