Our family had achieved a goal of living in Montana. We found our Montana real estate agent using Angies List and were quite pleased. We asked him to provide a recommendation for a real estate agent in Maryland. The Montana agent interviewed other agents in the ERA realty group and recommended Robyn to as the best candiate.We also interviewed Robyn and found that she had great entusiasim for taking on not one but two homes
We listed the first home in early September and closed in in December. The second home was listed in late November and closed in early Feburay. One contract came in on Christmas Eve,Robyn made sure that the documents got into our hand right a way.
Robyn was a wonderful advocate for our needs as the sellers. We realized that these sucesful sales were done but phone calls, text messages and emails - we realized that we had only ever met Robyn once or twice but feel like we have we have know her for a long time.
