Quickly accommodated me. When the car, black in color which presents challenges in itself went in, it had the usual normal cosmetic appearance of a well cared for, 4 year old car on PA roads. Swirls in the paint from my waxing and automatic car wash issues, such as buffing issues. It also had some yellow paint splashes, from when the car hit some fresh marker line paint, which was 1 year dried on the wheel well area and mud flaps, but overall just normal ware. Since I plan to sale the car, I decided to have it detailed by who I consider the Best Detailer in York County. Bob has been doing this for Tom's Exclusive Corvette and exotic cars at Prestige Motor Cars for years and knows what he is doing. The car overall was average when it went in but came back to me in prestine showroom condition, as I anticipated it would. Extremely Pleased and Highly Reccommended and I am not the easiest guy to please, just ask my wife. I consider Bob, the best kept secret in York. Of course, having sold cars for several dealers in York, I was well aware of his skills.
