Happy to find out there were no furry creatures. Also happy to find out the ants were a minor problem. Very nice guy, quite professional.

They are outstanding.  Every time we have an issue they will come out quickly.  They are personable.  They explain things.  They are very conscientious of our pets.  They will take their shoes off if it's muddy outside.  If I could I would give them an A+.

They come in and do the standard service. If you have any problem at all, they'll come in and take care of it. If you have anything that you suddenly see and are concerned about, they'll come in and look it. They'll determine whether it's termites or whatever. Any problem, they're here right away. They even give you a card. You can call them and they'll schedule it themselves, too. They have the standard cost but when they have come in and take care of something, they don't charge. It's almost part of their service. When we see ants, they put traps in. They do a good job. We've had other pest control people. Orkin is the best one we've found as far as getting rid of the bugs. My wife doesn't like ants. When she sees ants, it's time to call him. Next thing I know, the person comes in and starts taking care of things. The next thing, they're gone. They even tell exactly what kind of pesticide they're using. They tell you it's safe for the dogs. They pay attention to the animals and what they're going to get into, etc.

So far they have been good. I haven't caught any, but I've be caught. I kind of ignored what they were doing, I don't know what they put down, if they actually put down poison or though, I don't know. But so far it seems to be okay. I'm not hearing them in my walls like I used to. I still have ant issues but I think that when it rains it doesn't matter what you do they still come in.

We love their service. We've had no problems with them. The guy who came out from another company completely trashed our sun porch. He left his bug powders everywhere. They had to send out a cleaner to clean up his mess and then refunded our money. We then switched to Orkin. Orkin does an excellent job with their work. It's usually the same gentleman that comes out. He's very professional. He really gets to know your home and what he's doing. He's polite, clean, and personable.
