y on the premises for several weeksMichael Saggarra and Rocio Pallacious the owners of Oak Tree, are DISHONEST LIARS AND THIEVES they also gave out my information to a third party and still continue to do so even though i instructed them not to, the person is related to them both, they say it is information that I already have!!! "IF I HAD THIS INFORMATION I WOULD NOT HAVE TO HIRE AND PAY 2 LAWYERS"??? Comments: It has been a nightmare Oak tree and Michael Seggarra have said on numerous occasions that he would give me all the documents I and both my lawyer here in Australia and my lawyer in the USA have asked for, to date he and his mother Rocio have ignored any further requests for my property. Oak tree have been Lying and stonewalling both my lawyers and myself, I also have proof that not only is my information being given out but also other clients information I have this in an E Mail from Rocio and I am happy to supply it!! I would never recommend such a dishonest company as Oak Tree real estate in York PA unscrupulous LIARS & THIEVES!! I WANT TO KNOW WHERE ALL THE MONEY WENT I AM ONLY ASKING FOR THE EVIDENCE ,AND WHERE THE $4000.00 DEPOSIT from the buyers WENT??? Oak Trees actions can only lead me to believe one thing Oak Tree real estate are criminals who "LIE, STEAL AND EXPLOIT There customers". These are the documents I and my lawyer has asked for. A copy of your agency or commission agreement with our client; 2. A copy of any ledger or record showing the amounts paid by the purchasers per month; 3. A copy of any ledger or record showing the outgoings or expenses paid by our client per month, that you had organised on our client?s behalf; 4. A copy of any ledger or record showing the amounts outstanding by the purchasers under the contract for the sale of property dated 23 May 2012; 5. A copy of any record showing the transfer of $25,000 to your bank account in August 2010, and all records, receipts, expenses, or invoices in relation to how this amount of was spent; 6. A copy of any record or receipt showing the receipt of the $4,000 paid by the purchasers in this matter; and 7. A copy of all of your correspondences with Mr Manuel Mestanza ,in this matter. Third party who has no rights whatsoever to any documentation pertaining to my affairs Oak Tree should be DE registered and fined. Oak Tree real estate are now being INVESTIGATED for fraud by the dept of State, depending on the outcome I will be bringing a compensation law suit against them!! Michael seggarra and his mother Rocio Pellacious have still not contacted me to try and fix this amicably there arrogance is only perpetuated by there business ethics and customer care!!!
