MORGAN'S PAWS PET CARE CTR

Our dogs are well-cared for every time we board them at Morgan's Paws. The dogs have become comfortable there, making it easier to leave them there when we have to leave town. One time after our Lab was recovering from surgery, while boarded there, he stopped breathing, and the attendants quickly got him to their vet down the street. The quick response saved our boy and they notified us what was happening and kept us up to date. We were very grateful that they were attentive and so responsive.

They also do grooming, and often we have the pups' nails trimmed or have them bathed before coming home. They do a nice job and grooming rates are reasonable.

Overall, we've been very pleased with Morgan's Paws - the staff are all clearly animal lovers, and customer service is excellent.

I used this service twice. Each time my dog was so filthy that he had to be bathed. His white fur was yellow from laying I assume in urine. He also smelled of dirty dog. I was 5 minutes late to pick up. The door was locked. I called from the parking lot and was forced to give my credit card over the phone so that they could charge an extra full day before unlocking the door and releasing my pet to me. If this were a child that would be illegal. I will never recommend this service to anyone.

I am very pleased with the way a complaint was handled. Both the owner and the general manager contacted me to resolve an issue, which proves to me that they care about the business. I have no doubt that they will take care of my dog with the same kind of love I give him every day. Thank you, Teesh and Karla for taking care of this issue.

They offer pickup and delivery.

They take such good care of my dog and they play with them a lot. They've boarded my cats as well as my dogs. They have great suites for the cats and dogs and they are well taken of. They have a grooming service, retail service and even a pool for dogs that like to swim! It is such an excellent service and I highly recommend them!

Morgan's Paws Pet Care Center are very good with the animals. They actually don't put them in a cage. They put them in their room. There's a little bed in there. If you want, you can pay extra for a doggie cam, to watch the dog. They have swimming pools for the dogs. It's just a really neat place. I don't think they're all that expensive for what they offer. They do daycare for pets also, but we've only used them for kenneling. They say they take them for walks and they try to get them out and to play.

They are friendly. Professional help services is right on. They are fast to accommodate last minute costumers for boarding.

We took our dog to Morgan's Paws based on a recommendation of a friend. I spoke to the staff there and explained to them that our dog needed very specific care due to mobility issues and was assured that they could handle this. Since we were only going to be away for one night, I felt reassured that she would be in good hands. When we went to pick her up the next day, it was apparent that she had not been properly cared for as she was covered in feces and had developed hotspots due to her lying in urine. I was told that she must have just soiled herself and that they did not have time to clean her up.

I suppose that if you have a pet that is in good physical condition then it really doesn't matter where you take him/her.

I do not recommend Morgan's Paws for a special needs pet.
