We ended up finding what we needed by ourselves and still did not get questions answered about ceiling fans...........

Lowe's arranges for installation by outside installer--name unknown. The sale and arrangement for financing for 6 months went very smoothly. The installer arrived with the new hot water heater, removing old heater first. The installation was flawless--they did what had to be done and left with the old heater. The cleaned up before leaving although little dirt was created.







I have used Lowe's installation services in the past with no problems whatsoever.

They sent 2 gentlemen out and they did a great job. They were very neat. They did a beautiful job. They trimmed it really nicely. They cleaned up their mess. They were very nice and very pleasant.

LOWES was good. They were professional and got it all done. We don't have any complaints. It took a while to complete the job because we had to wait for the installer as it was a hired job, though it wasn't really his fault he had to wait before he actually did the installation. We liked that we could buy everything in one place and they had a competitive pricing so we would use them again in the future.

We selected the carpet and pad at the lowes store. Milton came out to our house within a week to take measurements. Special order carpet took about 2 weeks to arrive. We received at least 3 phone calls updating us on the status of our special order carpet - a little annoying since there was no change. Once the carpet arrived, Milton called to schedule the install, which was done within a week. The installer Omar and one other called ahead an hour before their scheduled time and were waiting for me when i got home. Installation from start to finish was just over an hour. New carpet looks great.
