They do excellent care. They are also very accomodating with appointments and emergencies.

Just give them a prescription good for a year, call them, they have always had food in stock, go over and pick it up immediately vs other vet expecting you to order in advance then they order also pay in advance. used to take up to a week to get food also they were more expensive. Much prefer dealing with Leaders hieghts they are always helpful and freindly

I was able to get an appointment quickly and the staff was very accommodating and compassionate. Very busy practice so expect some wait time but I did not feel rushed once we saw the doctor. All of my concerns were addressed and the doctor was very professional and kind and obviously loves animals. I felt like my cat was in wonderful hands. I have absolute confidence in all of the staff and doctors at this practice. One of the things I really like about this practice is the technicians and receptionists have been there for years and they really go out of their way to make you feel like you and your pets are friends not just clients. The antibiotics the doctor prescribed for my cat worked beautifully and within days she was back to normal!

They are fabulous. We call them the designer vets because they are so good and use the latest equipment. We don't go overboard. If you have to have an animal put to sleep they give you all the time in the world. Their prices are competitive. They aren't low but they aren't real high either. One doctor in particular, we'll ask for because she actually speaks with us so we are willing to wait for her. All of the veterinarians are great, most of them are not responsive to the pet's family, person. She spends a lot of time with everybody. She is very kind and she gets to know the animals. She goes over and above. All of the veterinarians are very good. She has come up with some innovations, one of them is to put a little catheter in place on their arm and she does that before hand and all the other doctors have adopted that. Sometimes the animal would jerk when you go to put the needle in and they would miss the vein and this way they get it right into the spot so there is less trauma for the pet and the owner. She is just great, I can't say enough. They are all young. She cares, she actually feels for the pet. She was crying when she put my cat to sleep. She did everything she could, I looked at the bill and she did absolutely everything she could to save his life. She is very careful about the way she worked on him, his injections and such. He didn't even flinch. She would call me at home on a holiday because she knew I was concerned about my pet. She just loves animals.
