+ -1 moreTo me this is all bad and it did not go well. Obviously I am not willing to accept this lack of integrity in the deal. I will take legal action when I return to the area with enough time to file and attend a hearing.
Description of Work: Contract number 1007 was written March 31, 2014 for work to start April 15, and continue month to month through October 2014. I paid the first month at the time and we agreed if the weather prevented lawn mowing other gardening or landscaping would be done. This was due to my absence and I would not be at the house to supervise work or monitor weather. At the time the first service was due the company objected due to inclimate weather and refused to refund my money. He insisted he had a no refund policy. That information was not part of any documents provided at that time. I have been out of the area since then and only today was able to identify the company and find a physical location at which I may take some independent action.
