Everything they've ever done for us has been excellent. When we need to have something done, we call them - period. We don't even get other quotes because the work Rosengrant's have done for us has always been terrific and we know we can count on them.

It went well. I have no complaints and their customer service was good. If you call with questions, they call you right back. The result was nice. We will use them again. Their price was higher than a couple of other estimates but it was not outrageous.

They were really good and very nice. They did a good job. It was really well and there were little things that we did little construction though. They were nice, punctual and very respectful at the house. They did what they said they would. They took care of them right away.

Showed up during some of the bad weather, but got everything inside and started to work. After pulling out the bathtub, noticed how uneven the floor was. Fixed that, stripped out all of the drywall around the tub area, cleaned everything out and got ready to start on it. Very professional, worked around us (and our two cats), was easy to deal with. Had a couple days delay to all the snow, but as soon as they could, got the toilet back in for use, and then the shower even before it was done (we only had the one shower). After that, started on the downstairs, had everything out without a mess and had to work on the flooring again (I thought there might be an issue there). Stripped all of the wallpaper, cleaned up where the vanity came out, and the walls looked great after the paint. Everything went well and after this job is paid off, hoping to have them back to clean up either the kitchen or where the sinks are upstairs.

They were good people, skilled, interactive, good craftsmanship, good work, no hidden charges, and really good. I really have nothing bad to say about them. The price was good enough. They were a little higher than some of the other places. I called them yesterday to find out whom they recommended for the chimney work done and the guy called me back. It was really nice.

This contractor is in constant communication kept us up to date with all progress milestones. Quality of work was good as were suggestions for design options. I totally trusted them in all aspects of the project.

It went amazingly well and my new kitchen is spectacular. From our preconstruction meeting with thoroughly rechecking measurements, evaluating plumbing lines and electrical service, to inspecting cabinets on delivery through the installation process the attention to detail was evident. All debris was promptly removed and the in-process kitchen was even straightened at the end of each day. I especially liked the installation of a temporary sink while we waited for countertop installation.

I had no problems with them. I liked the way she communicated because she used the internet and email which kept me up to date of what was going on. They were very good at that. We talked about any surprises that might come up because it's an old house and you always have a complication. She always kept me on top of things because she said that I didn't want any surprises.

They were all very nice and they all seemed very professional. They tried really hard to work as quickly as possible to get the job done to get out of our hair. They were also very good at trying to keep things as clean as possible. They did a good job. We had a couple of minor problems after they were done.

The workmanship was exceptional. All expectations were met and then some I had absolute confidence and trust that the job would be done perfectly, and it was. The new construction blends exceptionally well into the style of the existing home thanks to their knowledge of materials.

They did a terrific job. They were very thorough, very courteous and very professional. They were very nice people to work with.

The workmen use exceptional judgement and checked with us on a regualr basis to be certain all would be done perfectly. The overall supervision of the job was excacting. The newest job will entail installing a large washtub, repairing a deck and enclosing a breezeway. I know all will be done professionally and reasonably, so that there is absolutely no reason to bid the job.

We had a leak in our bathroom that was getting out of control. We had Miller's roofing out for the same issue less than six months before. Millers just add some shingles to our roof and charged $150 and said that was our problem.

We called K.D. Rosengrant to come out and look at it and see if they could repair it. Betsy and her husband came out and told us that we needed a new roof. Also said that the shingles Millers had put on, made it worse. My husband purchased the house in 2003 and was told that the roof was just a couple of years old when he bought it, so a new roof was a shock. According to K.D. Rosengrant, our roof was closer to 20 years old.

When new roof day arrived, the workers showed up very prompt. They actually found that our roof over the deck had rotten. They went out and got new plywood and replaced the wood and put the new shingles over it and boy, WHAT A DIFFERENCE!

No more leak in the bathroom and in places on the back deck where water would trickle down the posts when it rained, it doesn't anymore. Just a nice dry deck! Very, Very, Very pleased with the service we received!

I have used them for years, they do good work. She took over her fathers business. She is a contractor so she has carpenters do her work and she uses subcontractors. I like that she is a woman because she doesn't talk down to you and she stands by her work 100 %.
