From the pictures you will notice it looks
very nice (initially). But, not even a year later (from the contrasting
picture of the same area (note- the whole driveway looks like this picture)
I was guaranteed under their three year warranty
if I had issues ie fading etc ? it would be covered.
Well, it more than faded; you will notice
it looks like it simply washed away.
I wrote them on July 28 2015 about fixing
it and they sent someone two days later to take pictures and they would be
right back with me. Several emails and promises from them later. I did get an
answer almost 22 days later and still waiting on a reply and being
ignored.
As a side note: they said the condition of
the driveway was my fault and I had it plowed during the winter. NO I never plow my driveway ever?I am old
fashioned I guess I still hand shovel it.
"The customer's driveway has excessive cracking which provides a very uneven surface. Obviously over the winter in the snow removal process some of the sealer was scratched off the surface. Our contract clearly states we warranty any natural wear. However, scrapes from snow plows & snow blowers are not covered. In viewing the customer's driveway it is clear that this is the issue. This is no different than someone buying a new car and scratching the paint with a key and expecting it to be warrantied. We stand behind our work and our product. It is unfortunate when a customer damages their driveway and it doesn't fall under warranty. We have done warranty work over the last 10 years in business when it is applicable. Our business believes in building our reputation by being honest and keeping our word. We would be willing to spray another coat for the customer at cost to keep both parties happy."
