HOWELLS HOME IMPROVEMENTS

I ordered the door through a home supply store. A contractor came out and measured. I am not hearing good things about this guy so I asked the home supply store if 'Bill' was available and he was. I had a door done by him before. I was left a message when the door came in that they wanted to put it in on the following Tuesday. I returned the call and also got a message machine. I told them that it was fine and to leave me a message if something changed. Tuesday came and went and no door. I called the home supply store who contacted the contractor and they told me that he never got my message and we set it up for the next Tuesday. The installation was done in about three hours and done top notch. The door was a little small for the opening so they framed it in, which raised it about an inch off my deck. They installed an additional threshold and wrapped it in PVC to prevent water damage. Reinstalled inside trim, caulked and sealed everything, inside and out. Door looks great.
