They are really strict about basically the requirements and they do follow up to ensure that the situation is OK an there are no issues they really take care of that well and they are pretty tight and control their contractors. They had the product and they stay behind to make sure that there are no issues. They are very responsive.

Everything was great. The work was good. There were 2 gentlemen, the one couldn't speak English and I like speaking to people who come to my house but they were competent, good. I have no complaint. The sales guy ended up doing us an incredible savings just taking the extra time play around the computer.

Scheduled and confirmed an appointment for an in home consultation and measurements for cabinet refacing. Arrived at the house and waited for 30 minutes after scheduled arrival. I called the number I was given when scheduling the appointment . The person told me that they showed a confirmed appointment and she would check with a supervisor. She then returned to the line and told me that a supervisor would call me back in 5-10 minutes. After waiting another 15 minutes we left the site. I still have not heard from anyone 2 hours later. I would never work with a company that cannot show up for the initial consultation, and then does not respond when notified that the appointment did not take place. Will go back to the drawing board and look for a different provider.

It was a nightmare, but they did end up fixing everything. First, the carpet they ordered was incorrect. They came to my house and pulled out my existing hardwood. They said they were not able to install laminate flooring. They didn't fix the problem until I contacted corporate. They gave me a partial refund on the hardwood and a discount on the carpet. After 8-10 weeks and taking off a number of days of work for this project everything was resolved. I would not recommend them.

Went well until the end and the quote was a total shocker -$22,000.00 versus $8,700.00.

The man sat down, pulled up the stuff we wanted. Then we went through the designs, finishes, quoted a price and sold us the same advising we would get it within 7 weeks. Exactly within 7 weeks they called and right on top of it the man was there within 3 days. We were very pleased.

Home Depot has done a good job. I liked them. I think they have excellent merchandise. They help you find things a little easy which is good, but sometimes it is difficult to find people to help you.

Their price was twice the price of the others who quoted me, using the same materials. They actually called me. Their price was way too high. They were fine and professional. They were very thorough in coming and checking the roof and the attic to make sure there were no issues and the concerns were addressed. They were very prompt. While they were here they gave me the estimate. It's just their price that made me hit my jaw on the floor. They were the first one's to give m the quote. They came when they said they were coming. They gave me the estimate right on the spot. I wouldn't use them in the future.

It went well over all at the time. They must not have used the probper wood because after 3 years it started rotting off. I am now hiring someone else to repair the work.

We were approached by a Home Depot representative while in their store. He was inquiring about interest in getting our kitchen cabinets refaced and since we were not exactly happy with ours we expressed an interest in their services. This led to an appointment at our home to research the scope of the work to be performed. During this appointment, by two women representative, they measured our cabinets and put together a quote for the work to be performed, based on our desires. The quote was very close to $30,000. We told Kristen Zirkle, the lead representative that we would discuss it and get back to them as we were about 50/50 on going ahead with the project. At this point it became apparent that she was not going to leave without a signed acceptance form. Even after I explained our circumstances, in more detail than I liked, she persisted in badgering us to accept her offer. After several more explanations on my part and informing her that we would never spend this much money without thoughtful consideration, she still would not give up and become very obnoxious. At this point I told her that we needed to conclude our appointment as they were destroying any report than they had established. Kristen is no longer welcome in our home and I am sorry to say that we probably will be going to another provider even though their products and services may have been acceptable.
