There was a different doctor there and I think he's a good vet and he's help my cat to a couple of serious problems. The doctor who normally take care of my cat does not have any bedside manner. I think he's a good vet and he's help my cat to a couple of serious problems but I don't recommend them to people because if they didn't know my cat so well and know me so well, I'd probably go to a different vet. It's just that they know his history and all that good stuff.  I saw the son of the original owner 2 or 3 weeks ago and they helped me out and they take really good care of him.

Hill Street Veterinary Hospital are very nice and patient. We have a skittish dog, so they're really patient with him. He doesn't mind going. He doesn't try to run the other way, so that's a plus. Their prices are reasonable.

As I already mentioned, Hill St. Vet and Dr. Valles in particular have been the best vets we have visited in the 15+ years of ownership. They are thorough, honest, frank, and professional. They are willing and able to take on the most challenging of cases, like our little Chihuahua mix, and approach the situation with caring, humor, and frankness. The prices are a little higher than we paid in Michigan, but the care is much more superior.
I thoroughly recommend Hill St Vet for the care of your furry friends.

After going to my original vet and not being happy with their service, we took our Great Dane to Hill Street Veterinary Hospital for a second opinion. They were able to diagnosis that day and operate on the very next day. We have since taken both our pets in for routine physicals and minor conditions and couldn't be happier with their service. The staff is friendly and knowledgable, and I feel 100% confident that my pets are getting the best treatment possible.

I have been going there as long as my father had animals. He always went there. He's deceased and I'm taking care of mom and the dog. When you call them, they set up an appointment. They have evening hours, Saturday hours, and are convenient. They specialize in dogs and cats. The are excellent and the environment is "animalish". You have to keep your animals on a leash or in a cage. They don't keep you waiting. They are nice. I will give them high ratings and will continue to go there.

We put one of them down and got an annual physical done for another. A few weeks later we got a new one. My dog was very old and she was given medicines for seizures too. We have gone to them since I was little and we took all of our dogs there. One of my dogs a few years ago was really sick and had cancer. We were researching information for this particular breed of dog and we cam across information for another breed and they were willing to work with us on the procedure. If I called him during the day and he didn't get time during the day he would call us at 9 or 10 in the night to go through treatment options and different things to try. When I spotted something I would call him and he or his answering machine would take my message and get back to me. They really help out and the end the result was not good but they were really willing to work with us. Now when ever we have issues with one of our pets we don't have an issue bringing up things to them if it helps with the overall care of the animal. Vets are not cheap.
