His employee came and extended one circuit. He needed another cover plate for the second circuit. He called in to tell the office that he had to go leave to get another cover and was told to leave the job and they would complete it after the roof was installed.
Since the second extension could not be done afer the roof was installed, I purchased thematerial and did the second extension myself.
After the roof was done I called in to let them know the job could be completed and was told that the worker that started the job no longer worked for them and someone would come to review the job.
The following wek the person came and reviewed the job on Tuesday. Later the office contacted me and said that they could maybe come Thursday or Friday. No one showed up either day. The following wek when I was not contacted I left a voice message requesting a call back to set up a time to finish the job. No one called back. Three days later I called an left a message again. No one called back. The following week I left a third message. Two days later I gave up and hired another contractor.
The following day Henry called back and I informed him of my action and that his services were no longer needed.
I would not recommend Henry Elecric to anyone and I will not use him again.

Very reasonable price and he was right on time. The work he did was great and I would definitely use him again.

We call Henry's and gave him the information that he needed. He came by the house a couple of days later to check out the situation and called with an estimate. He called Met-Ed to arranged when they could both be out since the electric would have to be shut off at the outside box. He gave me all the information I needed to get a DR number so I would not be charged by Met Ed for disconnected/reconnected the electric. His worked came when promised, was friendly and finished the job quickly. Very happy with the service.

Before they were hired, a representative of the company came to the house to understand the job. This was followed by a proposal with a price. We contacted them to tell them that we wanted to do the job and they got the materials. The job was promptly scheduled and a two man crew came. They did nice work and were very polite. While they were there, the owner visited to see how it was going. It was a pleasant experience.

They are very nice, very friendly, they stand behind their work. We had 3 estimates and they came in middle. We were very very pleased with them. They did not try and take a cross, they were not pushy selling. It was a nice experience. I would continue to use them in the future.

They did an excellent job. They were very professional and had a better price than anyone else. I was really elated with their work! They were perfect and I'm planning on having some more work done by then.
