The ceiling in our upstairs bathroom started leaking shortly after we purchased a house that was supposed to have an entirely new roof. The roofer who supposedly installed the roof came out to evaluate the issue. He remembered replacing parts of the roof, but he refused to confirm what parts of the roof he replaced and when. He told us the leak was not coming from a problem with the roof. We weren't comfortable with that company since he didn't seem like he was being forthcoming with us, so we called a few other companies for a second opinion of sorts. A couple companies told us they couldn't help us, but Heidler's was willing to come out to evaluate the situation for us. They confirmed that the leak was not due to a roofing issue and provided us with some additional information about the problem and how we should proceed with fixing it. Even though they knew they weren't going to get a paying job from us, they were professional, courteous, and punctual. If I need roofing services in the future, I will definitely hire them.

Work was performed on time and in a manner essentially conforming to contract agreement. A returrn trip was necessary to reshingle a small area from which satellite tv diish antenna was moved followiing first reshingling, as well as for encasing two feet of obsolete chimney in metal. Service rep was responsive in returning calls promptly. Overall , a smooth and competent service.

They were very professional and did a good job. Their price was reasonable. The gentlemen who came out here were very good. They showed up on time. Once they got started they were quick and efficient. It was just after the storm came through. They were busy and they had a lot of work at that time, so it may not be a fair assessment to mark them down on responsiveness. They were punctual. Once they started, they were here and they finished quite quickly.
