It had its ups and downs. The dishwasher was nice, and the installation crew arrived in a timely manner. I replaced my dishwasher because I was having electrical problems. I chose this provider because they have an electrician that they regularly use. When they went to install the unit, they discovered that the plug was a standard plug instead of a higher-voltage outlet with its own circuit breaker. They also discovered that everything in the kitchen was hooked up to the same breaker, which is apparently very dangerous. Overall, they did what they were paid to do, and their installation rate was very reasonable. They were knowledgeable and timely.

I have used them for every major appliance since I've lived here for 20 years. They are family owned and they provide excellent service and they remember their customers. There are no hassles, you get in and out. You can always call them if there is a problem. Their prices are very competitive.

I had a very bad experience buying a washer from Lowes in York Pa, I should have known better that to make such a purchase from a box store. I was shopping the local appliance stores and called these folks.Linda was very knowledgeable about the product that I was shopping for. She did not have the model that I needed in stock so she sold me the next model up at a reduced price. They delivered the new washer in "2 Hours", set it up, made no mess and instructed me as to how the unit works.They followed up with a phone call a few days later to see if everything was working fine.Fantastic old fashion service!!!!
