Michael is a pleasure to work with.  His usual supplier of this type of cellular blinds didn't make them as narrow as I needed in 6 windows.  He was willing to invest in another supplier (purchasing their sample book) that did make blinds in the narrow width.  What a leap of faith because there was no promise that I would purchase from him.  He is precise in the measurements and a technician in the installation--everything has to be just right.  He is keen on customer service--supplying paper blinds for all windows; always wearing booties; laying drop cloths to protect floor; very attentive to his process and quality of service.
