Our second event with GingerBabies. This is a professional catering service!
Meeting...menu discussion...arrangements...One could not ask for any better delivery, staff interaction with guests, and clean up. From start to finish, we and our guests complemented the presentation.
We celebrated both of our 69th birthdays April 11. Theme of the event was to be "upside down." If one would turn the served item over, it would look the same. In the early planning stages, we met with the chef. He delivered suggestion after suggestion of item ideas. This was not a sit down event...GingerBabies servers intermingled among our guests with presentation trays. There was never a "down time" occurrence.
Will we call upon them again? YES!

Celebrating a FAUX 50 wedding anniversary...We were breaking the mold from the traditional 50th wedding anniversary...Took a few meetings to soften up the event...Then all h*** broke loose...They got into the event "head over heels" All foods were FAUX...non-alcoholic wine/beer beverages...potato salad made with cauliflower...burgers with portella mushrooms instead of meat...intimation lobster...plastic dining service...paper plates...plastic floral arrangements...city chicken...Everything was FAUX...They went all out and we loved it!
