Honestly just devastated. I had gotten my windows tinted the day before I had Best Buy install front deck speakers and rear deck speakers . I didn’t notice right away as I don’t sit in the back seat or passenger but I noticed my driver side and the tint it scraped! I took it to the place who did my windows thinking it was faulty and there’s a warranty, BUT he said it looks like someone actually nicked it by accident or something or scraped it and he asked me if I had anyone work on my car since then and it hit me while I was standing there I said oh my gosh I just had my speakers done. And then we went to investigate more the whole back bottom windshield you can see where the geek squad took off my rear deck cover for my rear speakers . Looks like he nicked it in both front doors as well I’m assuming during the removal of the door panels . I called Best Buy and customer service I was sent to a voice mail box of the person who does the install I left a message or my name and number I didn’t get no call back or nothing . No emails . I was really just upset he didn’t tell me what happened , and I just got the windows done and it’s like why would you be so rough with someone else’s car but I guess it’s not a “new” car to this guy so who cares right ? Smh it really was upsetting , I understand accidents happen so if he would have informed me and found a solution it would be different but he didn’t tell me and now he won’t answer my calls . Spent almost 500$ to have scraped window tints ..

Not well. The desk service person was courteous saying he thought it was a power supply issue after hearing it make a clicking noise. Paperwork was drawn up and I paid the service fee.
The real issue occurred with the Head Geek Squad member who was extremely rude and ill mannered on the phone when I called with a question after purchasing a Power Supply to install myself. There was a total lack of Customer Service care. She was outright rude. The other Geek Squad members that I met/spoke with were courteous, but their manager was not.
I've used the geek Squad on 2 other occasions with courteous service. This manager made my 3rd and final experience a very unpleasant one.

We had looked around a few different places and they had the geek squad thing where they would service 3 other computers even if you didn’t buy them from there.   The customer service was good. My husband handles the computer stuff because I don’t know much about it. They seemed pretty knowledgeable about what they are doing and selling.
