Our overall experience with Furniture Finesse is excellent.  Furniture deliveries are carefully handled.  and if we set a piece in our house that didn't work, they take it back, no haggling.

I took the one original seat that I had over to their store in York.  They sent it out to have a new wooden seat bottom made for the one chair and two round, well padded naugahyde seat covers made in an accent color to match my new home.  They called a couple of weeks after I took them there and I went over to pick them up.  They looked beautiful and I brought them home and they fit into the chairs perfectly and look lovely.  I did think though that the price was quite expensive considering the size of the two small cushions that were made, but as they did such a nice job of making up the cushions, I am quite pleased with them, the set looks like brand new again.  I recommend them if you want a nice job done and don't mind a fairly high price.

from start to finish, Susie kept in touch and also kept me informed, every step of the way----she set times to come and was always there----I knew this was going to be a good shopping experience---she followed through from the sale of, to the installation of my window treatments in good time---the whole process went very nicely~~and more importantly the end result made me very happy, my windows look better imagined---thank you Susie and Mike~~~~~
