 + -1 moreThe consignment shop sold the stand to a woman. When she took it out to the parking lot to put it in her car, she dropped it and broke the marble shelves. The shop gave her money back. That meant that we, through no fault of our own, were out the money and/or the stand. Compounding the problem, the shop didn't contact us. We believe they were hoping that we would just forget about the stand. When I went to the shop to pick up the stand at the end of the consignment period, only at that point did they admit what happened. I asked to speak to the owner/manager (who was not there at the time) but he has never called me. WE WOULD NEVER, EVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES CONSIGN ANOTHER ITEM TO THIS CONSIGNMENT SHOP.
