It has been good and I would recommend them, Their technicians are very friendly. They are very prompt.

Called to have a bee infestation under my front porch taken care of. Tech came out and sprayed bees he also looked for other problems to take care of. Bees are gone. Good job.

My concerns are about communication. We asked that one of the two of us be contacted through our mobile phones before the technician visited. We have now had a couple of visits without prior contact. One of the monitoring stations is inside, and the salesman was reluctant to put one there because he said that they have trouble getting access, but if they don't call ahead that should be expected. Fortunately we have been here every time. I put the monthly charge on my credit card, which expired last month. I called the office to update, could not talk to a person, left a message but did not get a call back. Got a robocall to update today, waited on hold. A top of the line service should do a better job with communication.

The tech was professional and took his time to make sure everything was getting taken care of like I wanted it.  He offered a full home treatment for bugs in addition to killing the wasps, and since I didn't want to do it myself I let them take care of it, for an additional charge.  
The next day it was like a full blow massacre around the house. There were dead bugs everywhere, including those pesky stink bugs, which are really hard to deal with.
That was a really good tech and I hope I get him next time they come out.  
They could improve on there appointment windows, but I find a 3 hour window pretty typical nowadays with every service.  Just wish they would call to firm up a time, an hour in advance so you can do other things while you are waiting for them to arrive.
Really good service though. Will use them again.

We have an ongoing contract with them. I give them an "A" in every category. I really like their services.

I have had them for years and I really like their service. They are trustworthy. If I see something a month later after they come they will come out for no charge and take care of it.

The initial treatment did not take care of the pests to my satisfaction so they came back within two weeks and treated again, at no charge.  I was disappointed that the salesman did not discuss pest life cycles or potential resistance to the insecticide.  The salesman discussed potential risks (allergies, asthma, pets, or small children) and discussed ways to minimize insecticide exposure to these groups (which I though was great!).  However, when the technician showed up to treat, he disregarded these risks and told me not to worry about potential exposure. 

Based on my experience I would definitely hire this company again for general household pests (low infestation of ants, spiders, etc.)  However, for a more persistent, high level infestation, I would push to have a more aggressive treatment. 

We have been using them for ten years. We are very pleased with their service. They come regularly. If you have a problem you call them and they come out. It is all covered in our contract. Over the ten years we have only had two different guys come out. They get to know you very well. They have always been very good. When they are here we schedule the next three months. If I need to change the dates it is no big deal. They are always here with in 15 minutes of the appointment. We have never compared the price. They wear booties and are very careful. They do a good job and know what they are doing.

They are fairly large.  We have a monthly subscription with them so they are certainly ongoing.  They come out automatically three times a year to do routine spraying and they come out whenever we call them.  There is something very comforting and you know that you can call them as many times as you like and whenever you want for the pest or anything you have.  We definitely can feel that there was no any kind of infection, no ants or anything here.  They get the mark of a good pest company here and we don't have a whole lot of pests, which is important.  We get snake coverage as well so anytime we are going to see a snake, we call them on the phone and they come out within an hour or so and either get rid of them or take him away.  They are kind of expensive but they come out anytime.

The experience was great. We have a new technician. It was his second time here. He was very nice and helpful. He did what we asked him to do.

The technician knows exactly what he is doing and can easily determine the nature of the pests that he is dealing with. The technicians wear shoe covers when they come in the house and they point out what chemicals they are applying so we can keep our children away from it.

The guy was courteous and reasonable quick. I have never had any complaints. Very thorough.

They have a bunch of different locations. They charge about $200 initially and then a $50 quarterly fee. I like the fact that they were always prompt. They showed up and did a good job. Anything I asked them to do, they did it and what they did was successful.

We've used them for years. We are very happy with the services they've given us and we are not going to change. We pay them monthly.  We have so many problems because we have a woods in the back. Whenever we call, they come out when we ask. They have always been very good about coming out. The routine guy is very good about coming out and will come out the same day. He knows us. He is very thorough. We told him how we wanted things done years ago and that is how he does it. He does whatever we ask as long as it is in the contract. We haven’t contacted any other pest control services since we got them so we don’t know other prices. We use them for ongoing service.

They come when they say they are going to come and I haven't had termites since I moved in 25 years ago and it was treated before I came.  There are no termites since then.  If you need them they will come when you call

I used Angie's List as an excellent source for sorting through the various pest control companies and it worked out very well. We've been happy with them, we feel they are very efficient at what they do. We will stay with them as long as we feel that way. We signed up for a year and at the end of the year we will evaluate their performance.

We had this company do pest control since 1986 through 2010. We left the area. I would certainly use the Hanover team again should I ever move back to that area. I would also recommend them.

We have had a relationship with Ehrlich for at least 25 years. Their employees are always punctual, extremely courteous and respectful. Whenever we have called the office with any concerns, they have responded rapidly. I highly recommend this company.

Came on time and did the work well.

The sales rep assured us that the cost included retreatments if the original treatment was unsuccessful. He was true to his word. The exterminator returned twice because the problem was bigger than originally believed. They completed the treatment at no additional charge and we haven't had a return for more than two years. We used the firms Pittsburgh affiliate when we live there and they were equally responsive and thorough.
