Terrible ,POOR DIagnosis,Changed Vets , Everything Changed for the Better.

I chose east York vet because they partnered with the spca. upon going, I never saw the same vet twice. When my cat began losing weight they prescribed medicine for hyperthyroidism. she then became very sick and began vomiting bile. When I called east York vet they said she probably wasn't getting enough medicine and upped her dose. This didn't seem right to me so I took her elsewhere. It turned out she was allergic to the medicine. Since going elsewhere I tried to get my records transferred which was a nightmare. I called at least 5 times and ended up having my new vet call them to get the records. I would not refer this vet to anyone.

I have used East York Veterinary Center for years. They have always provided great service; but what I like best is that they help homeless pets get adopted. They are friendly, prompt, compassionate, and thoroughly examine my pets. Prices are very reasonable. I love my pets dearly. and feel very comfortable putting their health in the hands of the veterinarians and staff at East York Veterinary Center.

Disease now under control with medications. They were helpful in submission of clai m to insurance company

My experience went very well. They are very professional, friendly and great with my pet. . The facility is clean and welcoming. I would recommend this vet to others.

It is expensive. I don't seem to see the same vet all the time, so that bothers me. The primary reason for using them is they are close to my house. If it weren't for that, I would probably switch to a different veterinarian.

They are very professional and know what is going on. The treatment worked and the bird is getting better.
