On a Super Bowl Sunday morning, I called Dan because an expansion tank had burst in my house.  I was able to turn the water main off to avoid flooding.  Dan showed up within an hour of calling and installed a new tank.  Friendly, prompt, and quick.  This is the second emergency call I have had,  The last time, dan replaced a thermocouple in my boiler unit within 20 minutes of my calling (he was nearby).  
He was friendly, and kind even though my call interrupted a breakfast with friends at a restaurant.
