I am extremely satisfied with their quality of work and how knowledgeable they are. Owners and technicians are amazing people. They are very upfront and honest which is very hard to find nowadays. Very kind and professional people. I would definitely recommend them to whoever needs air conditioning and heating needs. I will always use them as I know I am in good hands.

Cool masters. - My ac unit and Furnace needed replaced after 25 years. I called Fred and his sons to look at both ac and furnace and determine sizes needed. Fred ordered the system for me had the system hear in 3 days. Fred's sons installed the system in only a few hours. They were very curtios and respectful. Very professional and efficient. When they were done they cleaned up my yard and even sweep the basement. This was most enjoyable experience I ever had with anyone working on my home. I will hire them again in a heart beat and recommend them . Ervin F.

Fred had to order the compressor which took a couple weeks. Once it came in the labor was free and we only paid for the compressor since it was under warranty.

Cool Masters was incredible from our very first call to them.  First of all, they understood the urgency around the closing date of our home and scheduled us in very quickly.  Secondly, they came out precisely within the window of time that they said they would.  So in the areas of Cool Masters scheduling and efficiency, they were empathetic to the position we were in and made and had no delays.  Now, we trusted them!
 
When John came out, he slipped on a fresh pair of shoe covers to check the systems on the inside of the outside.  after he went outside, he was able to give us a complete diagnosis of what needed to be done.  He explained in detail exactly what he was going to do and showed us the reading of each of the system elements BEFORE and AFTER the service, and actually made the whole thing interesting!  I learned more about the workings of the Heating and Air Conditioning units, how to clean them, and how to maintain them than I ever expected to know.

When the inspector came out to recheck the system, he could not get the heating unit to turn on.  As it turned out, he was not knowledgeable enough about our system to activate it correctly.  We had to call Cool Masters BACK out to recheck.  Though they were aware (and we were aware) that it was probably the inspector's lack of knowledge, they came back out without hesitation, rechecked the systems, wrote a new report, and did not charge us for the trip.  Incredible.

Cool Masters is truly a gem and I'm so happy we found them (thank-you Angie's List!).  I would highly recommend this company for its efficiency and the knowledge and skill of its technicians alone.  The fact that their customer service was so impeccable makes it a real gem among HVAC companies.

Every single time they've come out, they've been absolutely excellent. Their pricing has been very reasonable, and I've never had a problem or complaint. They've been great!

Fred Holder is the person we dealt with. CoolMasters was recommended to us by a neighbor. We got 4 estimates from different companies, but Mr. Holder stood out for his knowledge, his communication skills, and his sincerity. He worked with us to choose a unit that is eligible for Energy Savings rebate from Met Ed and for a federal tax credit. We are very happy with the Trane unit we chose. We are also having CoolMasters upgrade our heating system sometime in the next month. We feel good about our decision to go with CoolMasters and highly recommend them. He has nice professional men working for him, too.

Fred came to make minor adjustments and came that same day with the unit. He fine tuned the unit and I appreciated his responsiveness.

No problems anytime with anything they have done. I trust them completely to do the work, do it well and charge an honest price.

Cool Masters has done various things over the past 7 years for us. We have found Fred Holder to be completely competent and honest and helpful. When our rather old all-house a-c stopped 5 years ago, I called them to put in a new unit. Fred came and checked and suggested that it might need just a simple part. He was right - cost us something like $75.00 instead of $4,000.00 He has been back for various jobs in the meantime. He remembers our situation every time we call. Did a good job istalling the heat pump and a new blower for the back. When our a-c cut off last week, I called him and he asked if we had signed up for Med-Ed's program that cuts off a-c for households which sign up (whenever the system will get overloaded, they cut off the a-c for 5 degrees worth of temperature rise). Instead of coming and charging for a house call, he just asked the right question and we were set. I would not use anyone else for the air conditioning in our home.....he is honest, dependable and thoughtful.

They seemed professional, and they were easy to work with. I would use them again, if I ever needed equipment like that installed.
