We were in the process of renovating our house and found that the prior owners hid termite damage to the main structure beam in our basement. Josh Carney came out the very next day to do an inspection and to make sure we could continue with our renovations. He was very knowledgeable and was able to give us inexpensive ways to correct our problem.
