Did an absolute horrible job. Left the job site without completing the job. Broke the tub that he installed and the wiring was done all wrong and could have caused a house fire. A second grader could have done a better job on the dry wall. Huge gaps and holes in brand new dry wall. Currently filed complaints with the PA Attorney Generals office and BBB to get our money back.
Drywall was installed with huge gaps between pieces. Additionally, ceiling was not secured to ceiling joists but to pieces of scrap 2x4 that was thrown into the gap. Water lines were kinked with no elbows and electric was tied into a 220 volt line to power a 110 volt circuit, shorting out the brand new exhaust fan. Business claims it removed tools due to theft but most tools were secured inside the residence, and they removed their advertising sign from the front lawn. The company took deposits and did not complete the contracted work. An unidentified worker was asked to leave the property after a company representative refused to allow the worker to provide the home owner id. A home owner is allowed to know who is working on their property. We expressed our displeasure daily with the contractor and their solution was to pack it up and leave the job site.

"Our company responded daily to consumer concerns/issues. We attempted to educate the consumer on the levels of gypsum board finish and how the project phases would be a raw and unfinished product until completion. The consumer informed our company of the possibility of theft of company equipment, therefore we removed equipment from the job site. However, we communicated multiple times this was only due to the possibility of theft. The consumer would not allow a company worker on the property and informed us they did not want us to complete the project. While we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, we understand some relationships do not end positive. Throughout the process, we consulted with the BBB and our attorney to assure we were responding in the most professional, business like manner."
