great.... no problems at all.... and this is the first time I can say that in 6 years of having our pool!

I will never deal with them again because they treated me very badly.  I didn’t like them.  A whole lot of promise was given to me that they never followed through on.  They were over billing me and overcharging me.  When I got my list back of all the stuff I got with the pool, there was stuff on it that I didn’t even have.  They had to put in a few timers and they charged me $70 for each piece, whereas down town it only costs about $10.  They were supposed to work with me to learn how to do the chemicals and things, I kept calling and they never got back to me, they never followed through with it.  In fact, when the man came around, I thought he was going to help me, but he came to tell me that water in my pool wasn’t high enough, so of course I called another pool place, and that was another thing that turned me off about them.  I don’t want to deal with them again.  They had quoted me the price on sale, they had a billboard, when I went there for business, and I signed them up.  I am very happy with the pool they put in.  The quality of the service was fantastic.

Everything went very smoothly , they did a great install , had a great job of explaining how to use. Provided me with chemicals and all necessary supplies. Also offered free water testing and discounts on pool chemicals.

Did a lousy job cleaning pool. At the end of summer I discovered all kind of alergy and leaves behind the pool step's they also kept raising the price and charging extra and I still aint sure what for.

Excellent. They determine the pool heater leak was because of stripped thread on drain plug. So they needed to order a new header for the header. They returned in 9 days to replace the header. They were very responsive and professional. Both calls were completed first thing in the morning and the last call was completed by 8:30 am. Both times it worked well with my schedule.
