Bruce's Plumbing, Heating & AC

Bruce's Plumbing, Heating and AC was used about two years ago. I will give it an okay. I had other companies since then that were a lot better, more professional, less expensive.

They diagnosed the problem and solved it really quick. They were very neat. They were very conscious of not creating mess. Our house has already been flooded so we were really appreciating the fact that they kept the kitchen in order. He said approximately when he'd be there and he was on time. He would most definitely be my public choice to do work for me in the future. In fact, I have work that has to be done the next month or so and I would definitely call him for that.

Bruce is very personable and knowedgeable. It was very easy to contact him by phone. After explaining what items I needed fixed, he went right to work. Everything is still working well. I would recommend him to friends. I've learned with all contractors, that it is important to get an estimate first so there are no surprises. Bruce was willing to work with me on the cost of the servicesl.

I have called Bruce Creager for all my plumbing needs for several years. He is always willing to take a look and give an estimate and always treats me fairly and honestly. His most recent visit was on Sunday afternoon-my water heater started shooting hot water out of the pressure relief valve around 10pm on Saturday night-I couldnt bring myself to call until Sunday morning, and he was here within the hour. He was able to repair the not-so-simple problem in short order and on his way about 90 minutes later. I thought the price was very fair for a weekend emergency call. He always explains what he's going to do, and what his other alternatives are if his plan doesnt work-so there's never a surprise. Great Plumber, nice guy, excellent work and fair prices-you cant ask for more than that!
