Rated poorly for: Quality, Responsiveness, Punctuality This has been a perfect storm of bad customer service I'm still hoping gets resolved. I called for a service request back on 11.22.2019 to put in a call to service garage gate which Ben Druck Door Company had installed. The service team reached out to me and let me know they would look at the schedule and call me back at with a service date. I never heard back, so I reach out on 12.16.2019 to follow up. I was told my request was lost, but they would send a tech out on 12.23.2019. On 12.23.2019 we were in the office all day, but because we missed a single attempted call without a voicemail from a unrecognized number, the team didn't both to come into the office, which was open. I called back 12.24.2019 to clarify they did not make it in and was informed they would not be able to give us a call to give us a future service date until 1.2.2020 because they only have one person that schedules service dates and they are on vacation until after the new year. So we have been and will be waiting at least 6 weeks to have a service date potentially scheduled.

The installation went fine . I was assured by the owner, Ben Druck Jr , that they had a lifetime finish warranty. He even said th

at if there was a problem , he would "come out and paint them myself ". Several years later, I had serious corrosion issues on both doors . One door was replaced completely, the second door had two panels replaced. They were Raynor doors. Last year I contacted them again to complain about corrosion issues , and was told that I needed the original invoice from 1993 to honor the warranty. Who keeps that stuff. They were the original installers. When I asked them to check their records to verify, I was told their records didn't go back that far. So I was supposed to keep the record , but they hadn't ? Now they won't return my call . Word to the wise, use another door company and don't buy a Raynor door. Last week on a trip on Interstate 83 I saw a Ben Druck Door truck with a Raynor door box on the trailer.

Price included removal and haul away of old door, tracks and springs. reconnecting existing garage door opener. Ben Druck door Co. beat other local companies including the big box stores like HD. BTW HD price was around $1100.00 because of the extras you have to add to get what standard on a CHI door. CHI door come standard with ball bearing nylon roller, torsion spring, and I was able to change the radius of the turn in the track (from a 12R to a 15R) which raised my door 4" higher which moved the door closer to the ceiling when open . All above are extra at HD. Haul away and reconnection of existing opener were an extra charge at the other places I quote including HD.

Install crew showed up around 8:00am and were packed up a gone before 10:00am. Crew were nice and answered an question I had.

I will use Ben Druck Door Co. again for service and repair as I don't see the need to replace this door for a long time

They were a little late due to an 'Office' error.   They were very professional, got the job done with no fuss, knew what they were doing and did it well.

The crew showed up on time for the appointment, worked amazingly fast and left the work sit tidy.

They were prompt and came when they were supposed to. The job went well.

Good work, professional, but expensive

My garage door wouldn't close.  It seems that certain rods had to be replaced.  A serviceman came out the same day that I called.
He was very professional, courteous and fast!  I called Ben Druck Door Company in the past, and they were just as quick and professional as they were this time.  I will always call them!

Service person was very knowagable and explained the "how to" to program it ourselves.

Problem diagnosed readily, and the possible solutions discussed with cost of each.  Repair completed rapidly.  Expert service as done many, many time previously over the years from this company.

They installed a new garage door.  The service was great and quick, and appropriately priced.  I am very pleased with the quality of service and their professionalism.  I'm happy to use them again.

I called the Druck Door Company and explained the problem.  This was the first time I ever called them.  They came the very next day.  They called before coming and told me the approximate time they would arrive.

He was punctual and everything was wonderful with him. We would definitely use him again.

Went very well and they installed the door and openers promptly. The ONLY issue was the one installer sent was using chewing tobacco and coughed. His fresh mouth of "chew" went all over my pull down stairs to the garage attic. He attempted to clean it up, but it's disgusting. When I complained to Ben he adjusted the residual bill to "satisfy" my complaint. Very fair I feel.

They did a great job. I was pleased with there promptness. They did a great job installing them and doing away with the old ones. Did a great job cleaning up.
