I scheduled a time for the battery replacement but then was called saying the one battery they had was broken and would need to reschedule. That was okay but then when they were able to do the work, the iPad was only charged to 75% when I picked it up even though they had it all day, the screen was all smudged with fingerprints and it has never worked well since I took it there. I can't recommend Batteries Plus for this type of work. I thought the staff at the Loucks Rd store really lacked professional standards I have experienced at other Batteries Plus stores.
