We had a damp basement for years. The dehumidifiers weren't enough to solve the problem. We has extensive mo;d and mildew damage. David's team cordoned off an aisle from our atrium door to the basement door to remove damaged items and to keep the mold spoors contained. They were the only group we received quotes from that actually went outside to examine the wet wall and cam up with a solution. The mold and mildew odors are completely gone and David said in time the long term dampness on the corner of the wall will dry out and we can paint the basement walls. I recommend Basement Waterproofing Solutions.

We used Basement Waterproofing Solutions for a very wet basement in a 100+ year old home. The basement has probably NEVER been dry until we contracted with David several months ago. We had the work done in October 2017, but I waited to write the review because I wanted to be able to assure other readers that the basement has continued to stay dry. It has! Every time I go to the basement and actually SEE the floor - it makes me smile. For YEARS the basement ALWAYS had standing water in it and I never saw an actual floor since it was always covered in water or filth/debris from water that had evaporated. David was always responsive to my questions/phone calls and his workers were very good about cleaning up after the days work was done. In addition to the waterproofing, we also had the vapor barrier installed and we couldn't be happier with the results. Thanks, David!

It was done quickly, and they put up a plastic tarp to seal off the areas in the basement that they were not working. They did good work and I would use again. the discount for using homeadvisor was a bonus.

I was extremely pleased with my service. The workman were very polite and went about their work immediately. They finished the job in the time I was told and did exactly what David said they would do. They wiped everything down when they were finished and cleaned up quite well. David's price was very competetive. I would recommend him to anyone.

I would recommend Basement Waterproofing to all my family and friends! Being a woman on her own having to have a project like this done I was skeptical of how I would be treated but Mr. Horner took the time to explain every step that would be involved in the waterproofing and mold removal of my basement. He answered all my questions no matter what time of day or evening I called. His crew was very nice and professional as well and the job was completed in the time frame Mr. Horner estimated and an EXCELLENT job it is. They did an excellent job

It was an excellent experience and was beyond what I expected. They even moved my furniture back in and washed down my driveway. There is nothing that I could say negative about this company. I have referred them out several times and they have all had good experiences too. We used to bail out the water in the basement literally by buckets and now we don't get a drop. They are AMAZING!!! I absolutely recommend them.
