Bair Contracting

He is a fairly new business.  We know someone who knows him.  He did absolutely superb, wonderful and excellent job.  Honestly, we were kind of glad that the other things didn't work out because we wouldn't have had Ashley.  He comes with reasonable prices.  He was wonderful.  He started right after the Christmas.  We would tell anybody about him because he has done such a great job.  He has a great customer service and excellent follow-up.  We didn't have such a follow-up with other contractors.  We kept adding things on and on that we wanted.  He had no problems doing that at all whatsoever.  He didn't squawk about anything or any changes that we made.  We also liked when we thought that the certain things may not look right, he would tell us if it would look kind of silly and he would workaround to do things, but he thought that it might not look right; so he just didn't do it.  We told him and trusted his judgments.  We just let him go ahead and make the changes that he felt needed to be done.  He did a superb and fantastic job.  We would not use anybody, but him again.
