I requested an appointment over a weekend using their website, and I listed a few convenient times for me to be home. They confirmed the appointment by e-mail on Monday.
The technician arrived a few minute early, explained clearly what needed to be done to make the nest safe, and explained how they do business -- just to make sure I knew the fee in advance and knew about their warranty.
In less than an hour, he donned his bee suit, treated the nest, cleaned up, and prepared the paperwork (electronically).
The hornets are gone and I can work in that garden again without being stung repeatedly!

BJ was very prompt and courteous. He performed the job and gave us some tips to prevent the recurrence of the ants, and answered all questions we had about anything else.
