I requested an appointment over a weekend using their website, and I listed a few convenient times for me to be home. They confirmed the appointment by e-mail on Monday. The technician arrived a few minute early, explained clearly what needed to be done to make the nest safe, and explained how they do business -- just to make sure I knew the fee in advance and knew about their warranty. In less than an hour, he donned his bee suit, treated the nest, cleaned up, and prepared the paperwork (electronically). The hornets are gone and I can work in that garden again without being stung repeatedly!
