Technician, was neat and clean in appearance, you could tell he was well trained, and very thorough with his inspection.

I requested an appointment over a weekend using their website, and I listed a few convenient times for me to be home.  They confirmed the appointment by e-mail on Monday.
The technician arrived a few minute early, explained clearly what needed to be done to make the nest safe, and explained how they do business -- just to make sure I knew the fee in advance and knew about their warranty.
In less than an hour, he donned his bee suit, treated the nest, cleaned up, and prepared the paperwork (electronically).
The hornets are gone and I can work in that garden again without being stung repeatedly!

BJ was very prompt and courteous. He performed the job and gave us some tips to prevent the recurrence of the ants, and answered all questions we had about anything else.

They are good about calling before they arrive for their appointments. If I have problems in between my quarterly treatment they will come out for no additional charge.

We had noticed quite a few yellowjackets around our front door in late summer. We finally saw where they were entering and exiting from the corner where our porch meets our siding. We sprayed some topical insecticide on it but it didn't kill the nest, so I called a few places and BJ Riley was the first exterminator whose phone number didn't go straight to voicemail. Furthermore, he had a guy in the area who could come the same day! The exterminator arrived nearly exactly when we scheduled and we haven't seen any activity around the area since.

I left a message for BJ Riley and they returned the call within the hour. He explained everything about the wasp and what to expect. He even gave me instructions how to take care of them myself, but I told him I would much rather if they could come and take care of the problem. They arranged to be here the next day. He power-sprayed the entire area for 15-20 minutes and attached the wasps as they appeared. He explained that it may take up to 2 weeks for the insecticide to fully kill the wasps. I am hoping it happens faster since he was able to actually spray a few of them. I was completely satisfied with the professionalism, price and overall service. I would highly recommend them and I will call them again if I need a pest control. I am actually considering switching from Terminex to BJ Riley.

I was recommended to use them. I find them to be responsive and professional. I get a notice when they will come each quarter and they come when they say they will.

They are well-priced. I give them an "A" overall.

I have a yearly contract with them and they come out every three months. The first day they came out: they walked through the house with me, scheduled service and were here within ten days. They came through for me and I have not had anywhere near the problem that I had before they got here. I had several different types of bugs because I live in the woods, and when I initially called them they came straight out that same day and right after they did the first application all the bugs went away. They are absolutely excellent. Everybody is really nice, really helpful, and kind. Any questions that I needed to be answered, they were happy to answer and they don't rush me with my questions. They will be coming out next week to provide services. I would rate them highly. I will continue to use them in the future.

Overall they did very good. They did tell me that they couldn't guarantee that they might not be able to get rid of all the stink bugs, but we are seeing a large improvement.

Excellent and thurough

They're punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. I guess the price is fair but I'm not sure because I have nothing to compare it to.
