We set a price. I wanted to pay him in incremental payments. He painted the house in the 3 colors I wanted w/2 requiring detailed painting on the windows. All work was accomplished w/minimal disruption to my life. He did power washing first, caulking next, applied base coat and then painted.
Description of Work: I wanted detailed painting on windows w/2 colors. He was meticulous in painting, never left a mess. He did the additional exterior painting that required 3 colors and he needed a ladder. All work done exceptionally well.
