It was very satisfying. Anna took time to explain options and materials, and allowed (for a deposit) me to take sample books along to show my wife at work. She did NOT try to "steer" me to the most expensive option, but a far more economical one that proved perfect for our needs. She is personable, and seems to be a bit of a "character", which I mean in a most positive sense. I picked up the finished chairs, which were recovered in "recycled" leather, and the work quality is terrific. I recommend her to anyone looking for quality work on their furniture.

My wife dealt with Anna all along. The initial meeting went well. The problem started when she said our check bounced. My wife apologized and explained she wasnt sure why. She even offered to send another check or drive to her location and bring the check. Anna had no empathy skills whatsoever. She just made my wife feel very guilty and accused her as being the reason why she could not make payroll and that her employees will suffer. Anna then stated in a very abrupt, almost obnoxious tone, "I'm not going to touch your furniture until I get the money!" She made my wife feel very unappreciated as a customer who is paying $2,200 for a service. My wife and I both have excellent credit and the payment would have been resolved very easily. She lost any chance of us being a repeat customer and especially any chance of us referring her business. My wife reluctantly still had the work performed since she has been wanting it done for a long time and the price was good compared to others
