They are very good. They bend over backwards for you at their expense sometimes.

Having relocated to the area I had to find a car mechanic for service. Previously I had service performed at the dealer, as well as a local service company. Personally, I believe that I was taken advantage of because i am a woman. At the last business they said I needed over $800 in tire service ... or else I all my tires would simply fall off. I told them that I only have $200, so fix what you can. My tires stayed on!! Finally I was referred to ANKERS GARAGE off of Mt Rose Ave. The owner, Paul Ankers, is a woman's mechanic. He caters to women because he knows what we deal with out in the service maintenance world. I have had over $2,500 in service performed and have been satisfied every time. Paul even goes as far as to actually take the time and explain the problem to me in terms that I can understand. What really impressed me was the way that he shopped around for the best part for my car, and simply did not just go with the first price.... which was a little high. Not only Paul, but everyone that works at Anker's Garage are great! I recommend that you give them a try, before you go to the dealer, the next time your car needs service. But if you are a woman, I highly recommend that you go see Paul at Ankers ... you will never use another mechanic again!
