Allen and his helper were diligent. His choice of materials for the front balcony have proved to be inadequate, but he said it was the best he could get at the time. The slope of the floor is off a bit, allowing rainwater to stand in parts of the floor. In the kitchen, he mis-measured the cabinets slightly and they do not align with changes in the floor and ceiling. Overall, it isn't noticeable and doesn't really matter, but it was a mistake nonetheless. The work in the attic to reinforce the roof was superb. It was hot and dirty work, but Allen and his helper persisted and the sagging roof was smoothed out quite well.
